Eric Hartman, PE - Co-Founder
•Eric founded SEVA Development Services, LLC to focus on forming key equity partnerships for the purpose of positively contributing to communities through development—residential and commercial, public and private. SEVA Development Services also provides real estate, site development management, and engineering consulting services for selected partners.
•Mr. Hartman spent over 12 years at Bloomin Brands (NASDAQ: BLMN), a restaurant company with Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, and Flemings Prime Steakhouse included in its portfolio of brands. Mr. Hartman began as Chief Engineer, and progressed to positions with increasing responsibility and leadership, to Group Vice President of Real Estate and Development. As Group VP of Real Estate and Development, Mr. Hartman led the team that developed 75+ new locations annually and negotiated all lease and LOIs for new development.  Further, he led the team responsible for the Site Development Management of the new development and relocation pipeline, including due diligence investigations, scheduling, management of process, and permitting.
•Mr. Hartman has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and for a number years worked for URS. He is a graduate of the Honor’s Program of the University of South Florida. He was a member of the men’s tennis team and was named to the All-Conference Team. He is a licensed State of Florida Professional Engineer.

Andrew J. Lynn and Mark Lagos are Co-Founders and they have combined real estate experience of over 75 years and have developed several thousand acres. They provide access to equity and bank relationships throughout the US and abroad.  They were key to making Main Street at Hampton Lakes a reality.

Geoffrey C. Weber, CPA - Co-Founder
•Mr. Weber is a seasoned professional and CPA with 35 years or real estate development experience. 
•Mr. Weber wholly owns Bayshore Broadway, Inc. where he has an emphasis on creating value using creative ideas. He has been involved in over $500 million in financial transactions.  

•Mr. Weber has a Bachelors of Business Administration from James Madison University and became a Florida Certified Public Accountant in 1982.  He is a Member of American Institute of CPA's and is an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.  A former auditor with Deloitte.

•Mr. Weber received an advanced management Certificate from Harvard Business School in 2009 for Mergers & Acquisitions: Corporate Restructuring in Turbulent Times
•Mr. Weber was founder or served as a Director for: Wexford West Homeowners Association, Main Street Master Property Association, Berkford Place Homeowners Association, West Hampton Homeowners Association, Harbor Oaks Homeowner Association, Berkford Place and Native Woods Homeowners Association.  He was a founding Supervisor of the Country Walk Community Development District.
